In order for Järfälla municipality to have good conditions to implement the initiatives and achieve the goals in the Strategy for Sustainable Urban Development, a coordinating function is needed. The coordinator will: - lead this project and coordinate and take the work on the strategy forward - lead the implementation of the measures - work with administrative tasks such as financial administration - participate in relevant networks such as the platform for national knowledge support and other meetings - work with follow-up towards the goals of the Strategy for Sustainable Urban Development in Jakobsberg The coordinator appoints a working group. The working group will work on the implementation of the strategy. For example, the EGTC will work on internal coordination with the persons concerned and other ongoing projects, budgetary issues and prioritisation of actions to ensure that the actions and projects can be implemented properly. The working group can also pass on information on the strategy, internally and externally.
