AI Lab Blekinge

The project AI Lab Blekinge meets the big challenge that the rapid development of AI technology poses for the smart specialization area Tech in Blekinge. The technology is expected to revolutionize the software development industry, including through automation of programming processes and thus lead to a reduced need for programming skills. The technology will also lead to improved code quality, faster software delivery and the ability to deal with more complex issues effectively. In the project, a group of companies in the tech sector will receive guidance from world-leading researchers at Blekinge Institute of Technology in applying and integrating AI technologies such as LLMs and Multimodial AI. The knowledge developed will then be disseminated through educational initiatives to a broader target group of SMEs in the tech sector in Blekinge. The approach includes evidence-based experimentation and knowledge sharing with the aim of increasing companies' ability to develop and integrate new technologies in their development processes.
