The project aims to raise the level of knowledge and conduct research to increase the innovation of place-bound companies in the hospitality industry, green industries, cultural and creative industries and commercial services. Through cooperation between business promoters, new tools and methods are developed to meet business needs and promote long-term growth and competitiveness. The project aims to ensure sustainable site development in Jönköping County through knowledge enhancement, research and multi-level collaboration. The focus is on business promotion actors, with the inclusion of other stakeholders such as non-profit organisations and place-bound companies to promote place development and innovation, using multi-level collaboration. Service design is used as a working method to promote increased participation and engagement from different actors and contribute to creating more sustainable and attractive places for both visitors and residents.
