The project will support manufacturing industrial companies in circular transition and green growth. It will support companies to reduce their use of resources more quickly, develop business models, introduce new technologies and processes or develop circular products, services and materials. We will use the KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) method, a proven method that has long and successfully been used in the UK, among others. The method gives companies an opportunity to add academic competence that companies did not previously have, or did not have the capacity and financial resources to bring in. In our project, the participating companies gain access to research-based knowledge through the recent graduates in the companies, the assigned academic coaches (a researcher or doctoral student) and an industrial business expert (IA expert), with experience from transition in industry. This enables companies to plan and implement a faster sustainable and circular movement.
