The project supports innovation pilots for transformation and is a catalyst that increases the capacity for innovations that create a sustainable planet for people, economy and climate. By having a driving and neutral project manager for each transition pilot, we can influence attitude and motivation to transition and thereby strengthen Västerbotten's goal of being just a forerunner. The project will get participating actors to focus on the same direction through Power Measurement and Power Management, which creates common goals, and is guided by the neutral project manager/facilitator. We will work smarter and connect processes, projects and actors in areas such as digitalisation, forests and the public sector. The project will contribute to new innovative products and services that will enter markets where they make the most difference, and can grow faster with shadow actors who have been involved. The project creates an inclusive innovation work and matches, among other things, social entrepreneurs.
