Funding for very research-heavy startups, so-called deeptech companies, is often one of the major stops for these companies to progress and grow. By mapping the training needs, through interviews and/or roundtable discussions, of investors and companies, the goal is to identify ways to increase knowledge among these groups and thus reduce the risk involved in these investments. With a reduced risk, more people will dare to invest in these areas and we will get stronger starups in the sector in the region. Within the project, which is expected to last May-November 2024, we will also take up and expand our dialogue with other actors with an interest in these issues in the region and plan for events and educational initiatives starting in 2025.
