Smart Electrification - Products and Systems (SEPS)

The project aims to strengthen SMEs in Kronoberg and Kalmar by increasing knowledge and capabilities in power electronics, an important technology for the energy transition and the wave of electrification defined as the application of electronics for control and conversion of electrical power. With a focus on technological development and innovation, the aim is to increase technological skills, strengthen businesses and promote cooperation and knowledge exchange between SMEs. The work packages include outreach activities, skills-enhancing seminars and create forums for knowledge exchange and cooperation through workshops, where SMEs have the opportunity to share experiences and explore new cooperation opportunities. Test sites give SMEs the opportunity to test and develop their product and system ideas, which supports innovation. The project creates lasting changes in the target group, where SMEs become more innovative and competitive. The project contributes to economic growth and technological progress, and supports global sustainability goals.
