The project aims to meet challenges in the textile industry in Västra Götaland by promoting the transition to circular business models and processes. The aim is to create a competitive and attractive textile sector that generates jobs in circular textiles in line with new EU requirements. The target group is relevant actors and stakeholders reaching SMEs in the textile industry. The project will work by gathering actors who have previously competed for project funding to promote system innovation and create attractiveness for textiles as an area of strength. Activities include the development and implementation of circular business models, knowledge sharing, and collaboration to strengthen the textile sector. The change that the project aims for is to give companies better conditions to adapt to the circular economy and thereby increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the textile industry in the region.
