The Resource Hub in Malmö

The project aims to develop the Resource Hub in Malmö and test the concept for application with the aim of enabling circular flows, industrial symbiosis and increased resource efficiency within the city and related areas. Through the project, the understanding of potential and obstacles is deepened, actors are identified for joint development work, methods are designed according to the target group's needs and tested, options for financing and organizing the hub are investigated and evaluated. The project will result in a functioning operating model that can be used to run the Resource Hub in Malmö further. The target group for the Resource Hub is small and medium-sized enterprises and they will have the opportunity to receive resource advice and residual resource matching, services that are further developed under the auspices of the project. Another important part of the project also involves business development and innovation. The purpose of creating a Resource Hub is to strengthen the ability of companies and businesses to become part of the circular economy.
