KHUL Jämt will contribute to developing Rönnskär's employees' abilities and, in the longer term, behaviors that aim to develop Rönnskär into a learning organization. This can happen when all employees use their new abilities and this in turn contributes to the employees' lifelong learning and Rönnskär's competitiveness in the climate transition we are facing. The project aims to increase the ability of our employees to use new technology to support the skills transition via digital working methods and an effective sustainable introduction to assignments and tasks. It is also about increasing abilities and behaviours that contribute to increased gender equality and inclusion, as well as a culture open to reflection, learning and improvement work.
