The project intends to emerge in a new way of working based on the results of the BIP study in order to be able to meet the challenges surrounding the skills supply in Mellersta Norrland. This is done in order to take advantage of skills that already exist in the municipality, as it can be seen in the future that all skills will be needed. The project also intends to prepare the organization for different ways of working with external parties to create greater collaboration between different types of organizations and companies.
