Project MISAM (Motivative measures for studies, work and well-being) is a project aimed at young people and young adults aged 14-29 who are not in education, employment or training (NEETs). The aim is to increase the conditions for young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs) to resume their studies, study or work effectively and sustainably. The goal of the participants is to break exclusion and to be led into a context where different efforts, educational elements, skills development, practice and more gradually lead to personal development, strengthened self-esteem, better well-being and to feel trust and hope for the future. The project is based on the assumption that people can and want to be a part of society and that it is important for everyone to get a sense of context. MISAM is an arena that contains activities and actions that will strengthen the participant's abilities and thereby enable them to move on to study or work. The business process is based on the participants' prerequisites, wishes, motivations and goals. Participants should be seen and feel that they believe in their abilities and that they get to experience their progress and feel confident in taking new steps towards study or work. Gender equality, non-discrimination and accessibility are the foundation on which the project's efforts are based.
