The coordination associations in Upper Norrland see a need to create, in collaboration with their member parties, an increased knowledge of the target groups in need of coordinated support that are outside the labour market. This is in order to be able to offer more effective and targeted interventions in order for more people to be able to achieve the goal of work or study. In this project, the coordination associations in Upper Norrland and its member parties will strengthen their capacity for analyses of their target groups, in terms of volume, needs and efforts. This is done by the coordination associations developing analysis groups consisting of its member parties (Arbetsförmedlingen, Försäkringskassan, Region and municipalities). Collaboration also takes place between the analysis groups that are developed within each federation, in order to create comparability and build common knowledge. This will be an important contribution to increased labour force participation and strengthened skills supply in Upper Norrland. During the project period, the project's ambition is to strengthen the associations' and its members' capacity for developed analysis work, so that this can be continued in-house after the project has been completed.
