In 2021 and 2022, through the project 4uvas, Fryshuset has listened to young people’s own voices in two different reports. Based on the target group's own views and needs, several workshops were led with about fifty different representatives from different sectors, which resulted in a collaboration model. The model shall ensure that a young individual who is not in employment, education or training is offered access to a support person and does not fall between the chairs of different actors. With this as a starting point, "4uvas Innovative Collaboration" aims to test and further develop this model together with our collaboration partner Nybro municipality and our partners Arbetsförmedlingen, Kommunförbundet Kalmar län, Samordinationsförbundet Kalmar Län and Researchers Frida Jonsson, Umeå University. By measuring the results of our project using the BIP method, we can map what works and then scale up the model and continue to disseminate it nationally. The project "4uvas Innovative Collaboration" is social in its goal. We want to increase people's well-being, inclusion and empowerment. It is also social in its means, in the sense that it will develop through collective processes, with new structures and relationships. It is an innovative type of collaboration between different sectors of society.
