"Fast Care Support Centre" is a project aimed at supporting the integration and inclusion of Ukrainian refugees in Sweden, a group facing challenges such as language barriers, lack of recognition of qualifications, economic challenges and lack of social networks. The overall objective of the project is to increase the number of refugees in employment, promote their step-change towards self-sufficiency, increase their social inclusion and integration, improve their professional language and communication skills, promote gender equality and create an accessible and non-discriminatory environment. The project has been designed with active contributions from the target group and builds on experience from previous initiatives, which has enabled the efforts and activities to be tailored to best meet the needs of Ukrainian refugees in Sweden.
