Folkuniversitetet, Foundation Course activities at Uppsala University's ESF project "Work for Ukrainians individual - Mitt" aims to ensure that Ukrainians to a greater extent have equal opportunities to get into employment and experience increased social inclusion after the project's implementation. The project also wants to actively work to break gender stereotypes in the labour market. We will work in Uppsala, Gävleborg, Västmanland, Dalarna and Örebro County. Through improved language skills, the conditions for getting a job and thus self-sufficiency increase. Adapted support to enter the labour market is in demand in the target group. We work according to the BIP model (Beskæftigelses Indicator Project) with coordinated, parallel efforts for the participants in the project. Within the framework of the methodology and approach ("BIP model"), the project will work on actions in four different parts: 1. Match 2. Professional development 3. General skills development (related to working life) 4. The idea of public education permeates the project. EXPECTED EFFECTS That the participants developed in the Swedish language and English, with a focus on language skills required for professional life. increasing the competences of the participants on the horizontal principles; The participants have general competencies about the social structure's opportunities for increased social inclusion. The ability of participants to enter sustainable employment has increased. RESULTS - At least half of the participants have started employment or vocational studies at the end of the project. At least 90% of the participants have made a step change towards self-sufficiency. At least 90% of participants experience increased social inclusion after the implementation of the project. - The project's participants and stakeholders have taken on the competence regarding accessibility, equal treatment and gender equality, which is part of the project's implementation of the horizontal principles Folkuniversitetet as project owner spreads the effects of the implementation to relevant stakeholders who can benefit from these.
