"Fast Care training for people from Ukraine" is aimed at people covered by the Mass Refuge Directive. Under the Mass Refuge Directive, people from Ukraine receive a temporary residence and work permit within the EU. Persons covered by the Mass Refuge Directive cannot take part in all ordinary operations because they are not registered in the population register in Sweden. Since August 2023, persons covered by the Mass Migration Directive have the right to municipal adult education in sfi and Swedish as a second language. Within the target group, however, there are great requests for other types of studies, such as vocational sfi and other subjects that can increase their opportunities to get out in their own livelihood. In "Fast Care training for people from Ukraine", the planning is to offer personalised studies according to the needs of the target group through individual study plans. The project will also work with close follow-up during the study period. The objectives of the project are: The overall goal of the project is for all participants to have made a step change towards self-sufficiency. The effect of the project should be increased employment among the target group and increased opportunities to be a part of Swedish society. The goal is also to offer training that increases the target group's opportunities to find work if/when they return to their home country, such as education in English. The project has four objectives at the individual level: Objective 1: The project should reach at least 45 participants, 35 women and 10 men Indicator to objective 1: Measured by the number of people who meet the project's employees for an initial survey. Objective 2: At least 20 participants have participated in the project's trainings. Indicator to target 2: Measured by the number of people who have established an individual study plan. Objective 3: At least 15 participants must have taken the grades planned in the individual study plan. Indicator to Objective 3: Measured through follow-up of the individual study plan Objective 4: At least 10 participants have found a job or made a step change closer to the labour market. Indicator to target 4: Measured by closing talks from the project
