Ukraine Competence Program (UCP) 2.0 During the relatively short time that the Ukrainian refugees have been in Sweden, many people have started to work and also orient themselves in society. However, parts of the Ukrainian refugee group continue to face challenges in establishing themselves in both the Swedish labour market and society. ELVIRA Knowledge Development wants to help strengthen the group's position on the labour market and increase opportunities to be active social actors. The project therefore focuses on individually adapted participatory activities and close cooperation with companies. Steps towards work/study through: - Labour market-oriented courses and activities - Individual career guidance and matching efforts - In cooperation with companies/organisations establish contact points for mutual networking For greater participation in society through: - Community-oriented courses and activities - Social, cultural and health promotion measures The aim is for the participants after the project to have greater opportunities for establishment in the labour market and studies and to be involved in Swedish society.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
