Folkuniversitetet, Foundation Course activities at the University of Gothenburg's ESF project "Fast Care – Academic track for Ukrainians" aims to ensure that Ukrainians with academic background from their home country either come out in relevant work or in studies at a Swedish higher education institution. Collaboration takes place with the University of Gothenburg and University West as well as with Help Ukraine Gothenburg and with the municipalities of Karlstad and Vänersborg. Fast Care – Graduate track for Ukrainians is a continuation of “ESF Care – Work for Ukraine’s West”. We intend to work in three locations; Gothenburg, Vänersborg and Karlstad. That at least 90% of participating companies are very satisfied with the cooperation after the end of the project - That the target group has created a social platform and thus good conditions for acclimatizing geographically. That all participants and stakeholders have taken on board the skills regarding accessibility, a gender stereotyped labour market and gender equality, all of which are included in the project's implementation of the horizontal principles. - that Folkuniversitetet, as project owner, disseminates the impact of the implementation to stakeholders: ESF, County Administrative Board, Municipality, Region and others, which can benefit from its effects.
