Boden municipality has harnessed the experience and skills of Ukrainian citizens, while providing both private and public employers with access to labour. Knowledge of professional Swedish, English, working life and working environment has increased. This has resulted in people covered by the Mass Refugee Directive becoming self-sufficient and feeling included in society.
