KFUM District East hereby presents a strong reason why we should be granted the Fast Care project, an extension and strengthening of the successful Care project. From the very beginning, our work within the Care project has shown that we possess the rare combination of passion, knowledge and commitment to offer real help to the vulnerable refugees from Ukraine who are looking for a safe port in Sweden. Every individual who enters our program becomes part of a larger community that strives not only to integrate them into the labor market, but also to give them the feeling of belonging. One of our most prominent features is our ability to offer complete solutions for each individual. Our project takes into account not only the individual's work needs, but also the situation of the whole family. We know that for a person to be able to focus on their professional development, the needs of the family must also be met. Therefore, we have introduced elements such as babysitting and other family-friendly activities in collaboration with KFUM Central. Our offer of spontaneous sports and other leisure activities shows that we look beyond labour market integration, and strive to offer a full life experience. But our uniqueness extends beyond the services we offer. Our team is our greatest strength. Many of our employees are not only passionate about their work; They also have personal ties to the refugee community. Two of our employees are refugees from Ukraine. The empathy and understanding they bring to the project cannot be measured in money or resources. They understand and feel the challenges our participants face, making our support even more meaningful and effective. On this basis, we are already positioned for success. Our collaboration with KFUM Central and House of Ukraine gives us direct access to networks and resources that make our work even more efficient. We have everything in place: facilities, equipment, personal resources and above all, a proven methodology. The Fast-Care project will not be a start from scratch but a continuous and strengthened effort from where we have already established a solid foundation. When it comes to financing, we are both prepared and flexible. With a cost per participant of 31 647 SEK, we understand the importance of each krona and are prepared to put our own resources in play if necessary. KFUM District East's strong economic position together with our willingness to really make a difference gives us the ability to handle any economic challenges that may arise. In conclusion, KFUM District East is not only well positioned to continue the Fast-care project; We are burning for it. With a proven track record, on-site resources and a genuine passion for helping, we're not just ready, we're more than capable. We are deeply humbled by the task ahead but also determined in our belief that we can make a meaningful difference in these people's lives. We hope and believe that our application will be seen as the genuine and powerful commitment it really is.
