The project's qualified contact persons intend to address 120 children and adolescents aged 8-15 who live in the particularly vulnerable areas of Södertälje. The project is planned to start on 1 November 2023 and continue for 3 years. The contact persons will help and guide young people to positive activities and networks to strengthen healthy factors. The goal is that 50% of the children and adolescents after undergoing the project should have been strengthened in such a way that the support of the social services is no longer required.
