The municipalities and the services they offer should therefore be developed instead of reduced. The goal is to develop and establish a sustainable, long-term and inclusive method and a way of working for the reception of immigrants in the participating municipalities. The project intends to identify methods and working methods to learn from, test and make adaptations to their own conditions and establish, adapt and build capacity in their own organizations that will eventually work with current methods and working methods based on an integrated perspective and practice for accessibility, gender equality and diversity. Through the project, the aim is to highlight the need for and forms of collaboration between current municipalities for resource maximization and implementation, where the goal in the long term is to also disseminate lessons about methodological work locally, regionally and nationally. At the same time, there is a need to identify and adapt some form of digital platform for reception.
