The project will focus on the target group UVAS and cooperate with primary school, upper secondary school and municipal activity responsibility (KAA) in Örebro municipality as well as a number of other collaborative actors. The goal is for more UVAS or those at risk of becoming UVAS to complete their schooling or move on to work or other studies. In order to achieve this goal, there must be better coordination of society's efforts aimed at this target group and more actors must be involved and mobilised around the target group. It is primarily civil society but also employers are an important player. The project will be owned by the Activa Foundation, which will also lead the project. A steering group will be formed consisting of partners and stakeholders. The steering group is led by the CEO of the Activa Foundation. A project group is also formed consisting of those who work closest to the participants and together with the project's employees. The group is led by the Project Manager. The project will work with the evidence-based methods Supported Employment, Supported Education and Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Activa has extensive experience of working with the methods with good results. During the project, partners will be offered training in the methods. The participants in the project should, through the use of the methods, control their own planning and be supported in moving towards their own set goals. During the project period, labour market knowledge will also be offered as a complement. It can include everything from knowledge of the labour market to lectures, study visits, learning how to handle digital tools, for example in government contacts. Participants in the project must also be involved during the project period and have an opportunity to influence content and actions. During the project, efforts offered by the collaborating actors will also be used in combination with Supported Employment support. The efforts that already exist today, the project will also investigate and try to find out what effect and benefits they have. The data can then be used to make changes in the operations. The project will be evaluated by the Activa Foundation and additional evaluation support may be procured. When the project ends, an implementation will take place and a coordination function will be established to ensure a way in and that coordination of efforts and support takes place and facilitates cooperation and interaction with actors in, for example, civil society. Everyone should know where to turn and you should be able to feel trust and confidence in the way the business works. During the project period, a transnational exchange will take place with the aim of learning about how others work with the target group, what they think works and what results they achieve. The exchange should be possible with participants, project co-workers, co-workers at partners and on several different levels. Similarly, the project should be able to share knowledge, experience and results locally, regionally, nationally and transnationally. During the project, webinars will be organised to disseminate knowledge and experience. Other ways to spread experiences and knowledge are through social media, workshops and lectures. When the project is over: Several of the project participants were able to move on to work, study or approach the labour market. School dropouts have been avoided. More students from compulsory school have a full grade and are eligible to apply for upper secondary school There is a network of civil society actors who work with outreach among UVAS and who have a formalized collaboration and a funding of the public sector. A coordination function is established that works closely with civil society, the public and other actors who meet the target group. The target group itself has been given the opportunity to talk about what is important support for them and support will be designed on the basis of the knowledge acquired by the project together with the target group.
