The preliminary study aims to investigate the conditions for more systematic analysis work and strategic collaboration for Västerbotten's three Coordination Associations. The three associations together cover all municipalities in the county, which enables capacity building so that equivalent and comparable analyses can form the basis for interventions in labour market-oriented rehabilitation.
