The project works to improve the transition from school to working life for young people with disabilities and is based on collaboration with municipalities. The project works both to develop the work at the individual level as well as to develop collaboration both at local and national level for the target group. The aim of the project is to develop structures and methods that lead to more young people with disabilities establishing themselves in the labour market.
