The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Stara Kamienica. The main place of implementation of the Project will be: Municipal Office in Stara Kamienica, ul. Kamienicka 11, 58-512 Old Townhouse. The project aims to implement and modernize spatial information systems, digitize resources and make available e-services with a high degree of maturity. As part of the project, it is planned to carry out the following tasks: 1. Modernization and expansion of the GIS platform, 2. Modernization and adaptation of domain systems for making data available on maps, 3. Integration of GIS with field systems, 4. Digitization of resources, 5. Implementation work, 6. Purchase of hardware and software necessary to launch e-services. The implemented systems will allow the provision of services in accordance with the provisions of law on interoperability, safety and the standard of access for persons with disabilities. The introduced systems will work both with desktop computers and mobile devices such as laptop, tablet or smartphone. The municipality will increase public access to electronically supplied services that comply with the legislation in force. The project will result in increasing access to administrative services, improving the quality and safety of their provision, as well as levelling the playing field in accessing e-services offered by the Office to citizens. As a result, the quality of the information provided will be increased and the time taken to handle official matters will be reduced, the level of bureaucratic burdens and the costs of providing services will be reduced. As part of the project, 21 e-services at level 4 and 5 of maturity will be made available. The objectives of the implemented project are in line with the individual actions/sub-actions described in the SZOPP FEDS 2021-2027. The project is located in the Priority FEDS.01 European Funds for Entrepreneurial Lower Silesia. The specific objective of action FEDS.01.03 Digitalisation of public services is to reap the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, businesses, research organisations and public institutions. The implemented project fully fits into this objective by the planned provision of e-services at a high level of maturity (4 and 5) to the stakeholders of the Municipal Office in Stara Kamienica. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Office's stakeholders using the Internet will have access to applications, declarations, letters, documents in electronic version, resources in the field of spatial information. On the other hand, the Municipal Office will have the opportunity to intensify and improve the quality of services provided (employees will devote more time to serving their clients). The main objective of the project is to: reaping the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, businesses and public institutions in the Stara Kamienica Commune. Thanks to the implementation of e-services, local government administration will be equipped with tools contributing to its more effective activities and the implementation of the open government concept. This means administration available whenever and wherever the user can tailor the service to their needs. The introduction of solutions operating at the level of wide use of the Internet will strengthen the relations between the resident and the Municipality, communication and information circulation will be improved, which means mutual benefits. A survey conducted among the Office's stakeholders indicated that more than 90% of stakeholders expressed their willingness to use e-services. The basic need of the socio-economic environment is the digitization of the environment. Detailed information on the above subject is presented in Chapter 1. SW. The promotion of the project will be aimed at informing the public about the co-financing of the project from EU funds, among others: posting up-to-date information on the Municipality's website and social networks, articles and updates on regional Internet portals, a mailing campaign addressed to the Office's stakeholders, a video marketing campaign on the Internet. Inf. boards/posters will also be placed.
