The need to implement the project results from: -experiences from the operation of implemented and used ICT systems; -the need for greater integration of the IT systems of JTS partners; -the need to include a new Partner – Bogatynia Commune in the ICT systems; the growing demand for comprehensive administrative services by ICT systems; -the need to increase the level of maturity and innovation of public e-services; -the need to increase the accessibility and transparency of electronic systems for users; -the need to increase the availability of digital public information, including the development of SIP; -the need to adapt ICT systems to the regulations (e.g. the Act on Infrastructure for Spatial Information). Taking into account the above, the main objective of the project is to streamline processes and facilitate communication between public and economic entities. The specific objectives will be: 1. increasing the availability of spatial information, through the expansion of the geoportal and the purchase of orthophoto maps with accompanying studies; 2. increasing accessibility and transparency to ICT systems, through the creation of a common service platform; 3. improving the exchange of spatial information between the Partners and greater integration of ICT systems, through the creation of an inter-municipal web system and the expansion of intra-administrative systems; 4. adapting the SIP to the requirements of the law; 5. implementing new e-services with a high level of maturity and increasing the maturity of public e-services, by expanding SIP with new functionalities and data resources; 6. increasing the innovativeness of public e-services, through the implementation of innovative access solutions and the use of 3D technologies; 7. ensuring the use of existing e-services by integrating them with the e-services covered by the project; 8. increasing the availability of e-services, by monitoring their availability and ensuring the possibility of using them through various access channels (e.g. mobile application); 9. increasing the efficiency and security of ICT systems, through the purchase of modern equipment and ICT equipment. The objectives are in line with the objectives of the FEDS 2021-2027, in particular the specific objective ERDF.CP1.II- Reaping the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, businesses, research organisations and public institutions. The project responds to the needs and problems of the target group, which consists of all residents and entities operating in partner municipalities, as well as the municipalities and public institutions themselves.
