Energy efficient hospital in Zgorzelec - medical clinic ul. the Broniewski 27b

The building at ul. Broniewskiego 27b in Zgorzelec is one of many buildings used by the Beneficiary to provide medical services to residents of the Zgorzelec commune, Zgorzelec county. The high level of consumption of energy infrastructure and a significant reduction in thermal parameters in the building where sick people are staying prompted the Applicant to undertake preparatory work for the project of its thermomodernization. Due to numerous failures, the condition of internal heating installations and domestic hot water installations requires comprehensive modernization, the Beneficiary decided to take measures aimed at optimizing the energy management of the facility. The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of life in the region by improving air quality by reducing the demand for non-renewable fuels used for heating purposes in a public building. The direct objective of the project will be to improve the energy efficiency of the building at ul. Broniewski 27b. Thermal renovation of the building will reduce the need for thermal energy used for heating purposes (c.o.), while reducing the primary energy demand of fossil fuels. Reducing electricity consumption will directly reduce emissions of harmful products resulting from the burning of fossil fuels. This will improve the comfort of residents of the city of Zgorzelec located in the zone affected by harmful emissions. The combination of thermal modernisation, which aims to reduce thermal energy consumption by improving the insulation of building partitions and simultaneously producing heat and electricity for own needs, will significantly reduce the heating costs of the facility operating in the public health care system. Renovated on the occasion of thermomodernization, the facade will improve the aesthetics of the building. The objectives of the project correspond to the specific objective RSO2.1. Supporting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the implementation of thermomodernisation measures. The project will be implemented by the Applicant, through the selection of the contractor in accordance with the PPL. As part of the promotional activities, project boards are planned: informational and commemorative – in a publicly accessible place in the area covered by the project, i.e. at the entrance. On documents related to the implementation of the project, including: Correspondence in project matters with project contractors, institutions involved in implementation, contracts with contractors and tender documentation will be marked accordingly. The channel to which this project promotion strategy will also be conducted will be the website of WS SP ZOZ, which will contain information about the source of financing as well as its level and current information on the implementation of the project. Comprehensive thermomodernization of the building of the Multi-specialist Hospital - Independent Public Health Care Team in Zgorzelec at 27b Broniewskiego Street with the use of renewable energy sources, the aim of which will be to radically improve the energy efficiency of the facility will be implemented in accordance with the concept of universal design.
