The subject of the project is thermomodernization of the building of the public kindergarten in Pęgów at ul. The Chestnut 2. The building is made in the traditional one-storey technology with a partially adapted attic, basement. External brick walls, partly insulated with styrofoam. Interior brick walls; brick wall in the inner attic insulated with styrofoam. Wooden floor. Ceiling in the attic of the wooden structure, insulated and poorly insulated. Ceiling above the ceramic basement, insulated. Roof of wooden structure, covered with tile. The new windows. Wooden, antique and poorly insulated entrance doors. The usable area of the building is 260 m2, cubic capacity 819 m3. The supported building is included in the register of monuments indicated in Article 22 of the Act on the Protection of Monuments. The scope of the project includes: - modernization of the central heating system - heat pump (heating system); - insulation of the ceiling above the last floor, with heat flow from the bottom to the top; - insulation of external walls - from the inside; - main door - installation of new aluminum doors with pre-glazing - installation from the inside; due to the historic character of the existing wooden doors, it is planned to preserve and maintain them; - replacement of existing exterior doors from the west side with new energy-saving doors. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building, reduce energy intensity and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere during the operation of the building. Specific and quantitative objectives of the project: - an increase in the number of facilities covered by thermomodernisation; - reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; - reducing the operating costs of the building; - reduction of final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of the thermomodernisation project. Intermediate qualitative objectives: - improving the environment by improving air quality, - improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Oborniki Śląskie Commune, - improving housing conditions and services in public buildings, - increasing the attractiveness of the commune area for residents. The objectives of the project are consistent with the objective of the FEDS.02.08 action, i.e. ERDF/CF.CP2.I - Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. As a result of the project, there will be a reduction in CO2 by 31,58271 Mg/year (78.14%). In addition, other pollutants will be reduced: PM2,5, PM10, NOx/NO2 nitrogen oxides, SOx/SO2 sulphur oxides, carbon monoxide. The material scope of the project includes: 1. Preparatory work: - the execution of the energy audit together with the update - has been completed; - preparation of application documentation for the project; - the implementation of the functional-utility programme - has been implemented; - the preparation of a natural expert report on the ornithological and chiropterological inventory - was carried out; - obtaining the certificate of the body responsible for monitoring the Natura 2000 site - has been completed; 2. Construction works in the "design and build" mode with the necessary administrative activities: - conducting a public procurement procedure conducted in the basic mode for construction works in the ‘Design and build’ system – Q3 2024; preparation of design documentation, agreement with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments, obtaining a building permit – Q1 2025; - execution of construction works, acceptance of works together with obtaining an occupancy permit and acceptance - Q4 2025. 3.
