The aim of the project is to improve the technical condition and safety of the existing road connection and its adaptation to the requirements of the applicable technical and construction regulations. The voivodeship road 382 is a completely inter-node connection: from Ząbkowice Śląskie (Jaworek S8 junction) to the border of the Lower Silesian and Opole Voivodships, it is the so-called corridor of the Podsudecka road, which is one of the most important in the province, providing an alternative connection to the overloaded A4 motorway. The project includes the reconstruction/extension of a section with a total length of approx. 25.53 km and is part of the improvement of transport accessibility of urban centers, i.e. Świdnica, Dzierżoniów, Ząbkowice Śląskie, which were indicated as medium-sized cities losing their socio-economic functions. As a result of the project, it was assumed to improve driving comfort, increase traffic flow, which translates into a reduction in fuel consumption, and thus reduce exhaust and pollutant emissions. The above, will increase the efficiency of the road infrastructure network in the area of project implementation and is in line with the implementation of the specific objective FEDS 2021-2027 Development and improvement of sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to the TEN-T network and cross-border mobility. As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: Preparation of the project, which includes preparation of documentation necessary to submit an application for co-financing, implementation, under which, in particular, technical documentation will be prepared and construction works will be carried out, in accordance with the documentation and felling of trees. Task 3 will include a mandatory promotional activity in the form of a conference summarising the project. Indirect costs of 0.5% are also foreseen, including information and promotion boards.
