The project will be implemented in the Lower Silesian voivodship, Góra county, urban-rural commune Góra. The project includes the construction of a section of the provincial road constituting the bypass of the town of Góra and the reconstruction of a section of the provincial road No 323 from the borders of the province to the junction of the newly built bypass of the town of Góra, with a total length of approximately 15.70 km. The project is planned to be implemented in 2 stages. The subject of stage I is the construction of the mountain bypass along the provincial road No. 323. The beginning of the planned bypass is located in km 24+785 according to the kilometre of the existing provincial road (km 0+000.00 according to the projected kilometre), the end in km 20+364 according to the kilometre of the existing provincial road (km 3+543.64 according to the projected kilometre) with a total length of about 3.54 km. As part of the second stage, the reconstruction of the provincial road No 323 on a section with a length of approximately 12,156 km is planned. The beginning of the reconstructed section is located in the border of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in km 8+209, and the end in km 20+365 at the junction with the newly built bypass of the town of Góra. The necessity to implement the project results from the assumptions adopted in the strategic documents of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, i.e. the Strategy for the Development of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2030 and the Transport Infrastructure Development Plan in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship with a perspective until 2030. The implementation of the project will contribute to the removal of development barriers resulting from the lack of bypasses of many cities in Lower Silesia and from the decapitalized and incomplete road network limiting the possibilities of socio-economic development of the region. As a result, the implementation of the project will contribute to the removal of transit traffic from the town of Góra, which will reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, pollutants, exhaust gases and noise, increase driving comfort and safety, and significantly affect the coherence and efficiency of the voivodeship road network in Lower Silesia. This justifies that the project is in line with the specific objective of the FEDS 2021-2027 - developing and improving sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility. The implementation of the project was divided into tasks: the first is preparation, which includes the preparation of documentation necessary to submit an application for co-financing, the second is the preparation of technical documentation, obtaining permits, construction works together with land purchase. The third task includes promotional activities consisting in the preparation of an event - a conference at the end of the task and setting up information and promotion boards, as well as activities in the field of marking documentation and publication of information on the website and on social media carried out by DSDiK on its own.
