Activation of the unemployed in the district of Kłodzko I

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of unemployed people in the district of Kłodzko. The project will support unemployed people, within the meaning of the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions, registered with the District Labour Office in Kłodzko, in particular: 1. the most vulnerable in the labour market, ; i.e. women, people aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled 2. young people aged 18-29, in particular: from the NEET group. The support provided to the participant will be preceded each time by the identification of his needs, including, among others, by diagnosing training or validation needs, opportunities for professional development and the development or update of an Individual Action Plan (IPD). The support provided will be tailored to the individual needs of project participants, based on their knowledge, skills and qualifications to practice a given profession. Everyone will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance that will be identified as necessary to improve the situation on the labour market or to obtain employment. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Kłodzko will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions in accordance with the needs of the local labour market, i.e. vocational guidance or job placement, internships, intervention work, employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace, one-off funds for starting a business, settlement vouchers, vocational training. When implementing project activities, participants will be provided with the opportunity to acquire skills of competences or qualifications, in particular: -digital, -necessary to work in the green economy sector, -relevant for regional/local specialisations, -related to health and care services. For the support of NEETs aged 18-29, every person starting an ESF+ project will undergo a digital skills assessment. Depending on the results of the evaluation, it will be proposed to complement the level of digital skills. The main result of the project will be taking up employment and obtaining qualifications by project participants after leaving the program.
