Implementation of project activities will provide participants with the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or qualifications, in particular: • digital, • necessary to work in the green economy, • relevant for regional/local specialisations, • related to health and care services. The result of the training will be the acquisition of qualifications/competences (in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the Regulations) or an increase in the level of knowledge of the participants (in accordance with the definition of indicators - Annex No. 3 to the Regulations). For support for NEETs aged 18-29, they will have digital skills assessments (using the ‘European Digital Competence Assessment Tool’ (https://europa.eu/europass/digitalskills/screen/questionnaire/generic ) or another tool recommended and made available by the minister responsible for labour, who is responsible for supervising the implementation of the Youth Guarantee in Poland), and will quickly complete the required level of digital competences if needed. Actions for young people up to 29 years of age under PLO projects will be implemented in line with the Council Recommendation of 30 October 2020 on a Bridge to Jobs – Reinforcing the Youth Guarantee (GdM) and replacing the Council Recommendation of 22 April 2013 on establishing a Youth Guarantee (OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, pp. Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 372, 04.11.2020, p. 1) as well as the 2022 Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan for Poland. The update of 1 August 2022.
