Support for 18-29 year-olds will be preceded by a digital skills assessment (using the ‘European Digital Competence Assessment Tool’ (https://europa.eu/europass/digitalskills/screen/questionnaire/generic ) or another tool recommended and made available by the minister responsible for labour, who is responsible for supervising the implementation of the Youth Guarantee in Poland) and, if necessary, complementing the level of competence. On this basis, the Office will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions. The Authority will provide each project participant aged 18-29 with an offer of employment, further education, internship or other form of assistance that will lead to professional activation within 4 months from the date of the person's accession to the project. The project participants will receive support through the implementation of the following labour market measures: - job placement and/or vocational guidance, - internships, - one-off funds for starting a business, - reimbursement of costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace, - training, - intervention work, - settlement vouchers. The Office will provide the long-term unemployed with an in-depth individual assessment (taking into account employability, barriers to employment, available support) and advice, carry out intensified and individually planned activities for each of them, which will be targeted, tailored to their needs and monitored on an ongoing basis.
