The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of unemployed people in the district of Kłodzko. The project will support unemployed people, within the meaning of the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions, registered with the District Labour Office in Kłodzko, in particular: 1. the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. women, people aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled; 2. young people aged 18-29, in particular: from the NEET group. An Individual Action Plan (IOP) will be developed or updated for each project participant and tailored support will be provided based on their knowledge, skills and competences and qualifications for the profession. Each participant in the project will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance that will be identified as necessary to improve the situation on the labour market or obtain employment. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Kłodzko will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, i.e. career guidance or job placement, internships, intervention work, employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace, one-off funds for starting a business, settlement vouchers, vocational training. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or qualifications, in particular: -digital, -necessary to work in the green economy sector, -relevant for regional/local specialisations, -related to health and care services. In the case of support for people aged 18-29, participation in the ESF+ project will be preceded by an assessment of digital skills and, if necessary, a complement to the level of competence. The main result of the project will be the employment of 338 project participants and the acquisition of qualifications by 15 project participants after leaving the program.
