Lower Silesian Centre for Social Economy Support in Wrocław

The main objective of the project is the development of a system for supporting the social economy, in the Wrocław subregion and the city of Wrocław, in the period 01-09-2023 31-08-2026 (*in 20% of recipients may be persons and entities from the rest of the Lower Silesian voivodeship), which will include: 1.Increase the employment rate of people at risk of social exclusion in sustainable and stable social enterprises; 2.Support at least 80 social economy entities (PES) and social enterprises (PS); 3.Strengthening the cooperation of PES and PS with the local community and the institutional and economic environment of social economy entities, including the provision of social services by PES and PS. TARGET GROUP: Group A 118 natural persons (63 K/55M), including: A1-30 persons wishing to establish themselves in the social economy (ES) sector and/or constituting the environment of the ES sector, A2-88 persons at risk of social exclusion in accordance with Article 2(6) of the Social Economy Act, including priority shall be given to persons from Article 2(6)(b), (d), (e), (g), (h), (i) and the ES Act. Gr. B-112 entities, including: B1-80 PES and PS (in accordance with the ES Act), B2-12 entities authorized to create PS, excluding PES and PS (Group b1), including JSTs and their organizational units, B3-20 entities from the ES sector environment (other than those listed in Group B1 and B2, including public employment services and other labour market institutions and social assistance and integration, science and business entities. OWES support is carried out on a continuous basis and on the basis of accreditation issued by the Minister of Family and Social Policy. THE MAIN TASKS OF THE PROJECT: 1. Local animation, which consists in disseminating the ideas and principles of the social economy, stimulating social activity in local communities and initiating and developing cross-sectoral local partnerships; 2. Creation of PES and FVCs, including support for their activities; 3. Strengthening the potential of FVCs and providing them with business support; 4. Support for PES and FVCs in public procurement procedures; 5. Financial support for job creation in PS- 88 co-financing in the amount of PLN 31 229.00. 6. Financial support for job retention, including job creation rates, for a period of 12 months: a) PLN 32 400.00 - full-time, b) PLN 24 300.00 - 3⁄4 full-time, c) PLN 16 200.00 - 1⁄2 full-time. 7. Support for reintegration activities undertaken by FVCs covering both professional and social reintegration, including financing the implementation of individual reintegration plans (IPRs) in accordance with the ES Act (up to 300% of the minimum wage per employee referred to in Article 2(6)(b), (d), (e), (g), (h), (i) and (l) of the ES Act). Support and use in the project of instruments provided by the social economy, e.g. - creating and developing PES, - transforming PES into PS providing, among others, social services and/or implementing the socio-occupational reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion, - educating the ES environment, people and entities that can make PES/ PS responsible employers of the future as well as social service providers at a high level, the project's objective and MAIN RESULTS will be achieved: 1. Creation of a minimum of 88 new jobs in social enterprises; 2. A minimum of 88 jobs will be maintained for at least 12 months+permanence; 3. At least 118 people will improve their social situation after leaving the programme; All activities undertaken by the OWES will be carried out in accordance with the standards of the Social Economy Support Centres verified during the accreditation process.
