The main goal of the project is the active integration of 60 people (32K, 28M) living in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (in the mind of the Central Committee), including those at risk of poverty and socially excluded - 50os: (26K, 24M): a) experiencing multiple social exclusion, fulfilling more than one condition specified in Article 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance; severely or moderately disabled; c) with a coupled disability; d) with mental illnesses; e) with intellectual disability; with overall developmental impairment (as defined by the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Health Problems (ICD10); (g)beneficiaries of the FE PŻ programme; leaving institutional care facilities; i) excluded from communication; who have left the penitentiary units within the last 12 months; 10 persons with disabilities: 6K, 4 M l) belonging to marginalised communities such as Roma - 10os: 6 K, 4 M ł) granted temporary protection in Poland in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (Voivodship) - 10 people (6 K, 4 M); and inactive persons in connection with disability or illness or caring roles - 10 persons (6K, 4 M), with priority for participation in the project of persons indicated in points (a) to (j) above, by implementing: active inclusion services of a social nature, the purpose of which is to acquire, maintain, restore or strengthen social competences, resourcefulness, independence and social activity, including: - legal, family and psychological counselling, - courses and training to develop social skills and competences; services of a professional nature, the purpose of which is to help in making a decision regarding the choice or change of profession, equipping with professional competences and qualifications and skills desired on the labour market through the implementation of: - vocational courses and training, - internships, - vocational guidance in the WD area in the period 01.07.2024 - 31.10.2026. Main results: - Improving the skills of 48 people - 26 K and 22 M - Improving the social situation of 48 people - 26 K and 22 M - After the end of the project, 48 people - 26 K and 22 M will start looking for work - Increasing the number of employed, including self-employed, by 12 people (7 K, 5 M) Target group: Project GD consists of 60 persons (32K, 28M) living (within the meaning of the Customs Code) in the area of the Dolnośląskie Province, including 50 persons at risk of poverty and socially excluded as described in points (a) to (l) above, and 10 persons (6K, 4M) who are economically inactive due to disability or illness or performing care roles, with priority being given to the participation of the persons indicated in points (a) to (j) above.
