The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 120 (61K,59M) young people up to the age of 29 without work who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) living in the Dolnośląskie voivodship, including at least 60% of them living in the rural area according to the DEGURBA classification and/or an area at risk of permanent marginalisation in the Dolnośląskie voivodship and/or in a medium-sized city losing its socio-economic function in the Dolnośląskie voivodship; through socio-occupational activation in the period 01.02.25-31.01.27; within 4 months from UP to project, he/she will receive a good quality offer of employment, further education, apprenticeship, internship or other form of assistance leading to Zaw. The support provided under the project complies with the standards set out in the ‘Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland. Update of 1 August 2022’, including with the Integrated Skills Strategy for 2030. The activities planned in the project are aimed at helping NEETs to get out of isolation, improve their quality of life, compensate for skills deficits needed to perform life tasks and self-fulfilment. They aim to build, develop and strengthen life skills and skills of UP and improve their social performance. The support provided for in the project in the form of individual and comprehensive vocational and social activation of young people will be addressed to people from the NEET group, including 100 inactive and 20 unemployed, who are unemployed for various reasons, or without a sufficient level of education to be able to take up employment in the DW. It is important to support young people in gaining work experience and developing the relevant skills needed in a changing world of work, in particular related to greening and digitalisation. Especially for young people, it is important that when entering the labour market they are equipped with skills that do not quickly become obsolete and at the same time allow for the continuous development of their experience, knowledge and skills. Participation in the project will enable the acquisition of both professional qualifications and work experience (through training, apprenticeship/traineeship program), digital comps (through participation in digital schools preceded by an assessment of digital skills) and the acquisition of soft comps (including the ability to organize work and cope with difficult situations, skills necessary to navigate the labour market, knowledge of the demand for specific professions).
