The main objective of the project is the social and professional integration of third-country nationals (OPT), including foreigners covered by international protection - 30 persons (16K, 14M) living in the Dolnośląskie voivodship (in the meaning of the Central Committee), with the priority of participation of persons residing in Poland in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, through the implementation of services that allow OPT to function more fully in Polish society, including: * social integration consisting of: providing advice and assistance on labour rights, - providing information on rights and entitlements in the education system, health care and other public institutions; * professional integration consisting of: - guidance/professional counselling with the support of translators, - job placement between third-country nationals and employers with the support of translators, - the implementation of courses and schools allows for the improvement of professional qualifications and competences or skills desired on the labour market in order to undertake better-paid, stable and higher-quality work with the support of translators, - conducting professional internships for third-country nationals, especially for refugees, with the support of translators, so that they can become familiar with the Polish labour market and its specifics, as well as acquire the experience needed in applying for a job, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the period 01.10.2024-30.09.2026. Main results: 1. The number of completed hours of professional counseling - 120 2. Number of job placement hours completed - 120 3. Number of conducted hours of group activation workshops - 48 4. Number of trainings/professional courses carried out - 30 5. Number of internship months - 90 6. Number of months of involvement of the adaptive assistant - 15 Target group: 30 (16 K, 14 M) third-country nationals (OPT) - persons who are not nationals of a Member State of the EU, including stateless persons within the meaning of the Convention on the Status of Stateless Persons of 28.08.54 and persons without established customs - including foreigners covered by international protection, reside in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (in the meaning of the CC) with the first share of wasps residing in Poland in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation on the UKR. Main tasks: 1. Individualization of support - the task is to prepare individual action plans that will serve the development and acquisition of PCs, taking into account the individual needs and capabilities of the PCs, as well as the needs of the regional labour market. 2. Intermediation - the aim of the support is a smooth transition from participation in the project to action and gradual integration into the labour market, as well as preventing a return to unemployment. Providing job placement will increase UP's chances of taking up permanent employment. 3. Organization of social workshops - the aim of the workshop is to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for effective social integration of third-country nationals, familiarize third-country nationals with their rights, familiarize them with local realities. 4. Conducting vocational trainings and courses - the purpose of the task is to provide UP with support of the necessary facilities in order to improve UP's performance on the PR market or to obtain assistance. Courses/training will enable the improvement of professional qualifications and competences or skills desired on the labour market in order to enable third-country nationals to take up better-paid, stable and higher-quality jobs. 5. The organization of internships - zad is aimed at enabling the acquisition or utilization of skills and practical skills to perform a given profession on the local labor market. The task will be supplemented with the support of the Adaptive Assistant - assistance in entering the labour market and motivating to act, explaining Polish rules and realities regarding the labour market.
