The project implemented in the period 01.01.2025-31.12.2027 is addressed to at least 100 representatives of civil society organisations representing at least 50 organisations undertaking advocacy activities at local, regional or national level or aiming to undertake such activities, including those operating within the framework of bodies of dialogue and providing social services or preparing to provide social services. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: Systematic improvement of the quality of local social services by increasing the professionalization of NGOs and the quality of advocacy activities, including cross-sectoral cooperation. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: - increase in NGO competences and professionalization (deficit diagnosis, development vouchers, advocacy school and social service managers, police officer, training) - increase in NGO knowledge and skills regarding cooperation with local government units - creation of local partnerships - increase in NGO knowledge and skills to engage in social dialogue bodies and other councils. - increasing the knowledge and skills of NGOs in the area of formulating positions in accordance with the principles of partnership (interpersonal skills, non-violent communication, constructive feedback, critical thinking, cooperation) The project responds to the high interest of Lower Silesian NGOs in professionalization, reported during other projects organized by the Applicant Partnership and Klon/Jawor research: "Condition of NGOs 2021", "Condition of NGOs 2002-2022. trends. There is also a need for the development of social services (a large number of applications in FED competitions in 2024, the EU recommendation to introduce deinstitutionalisation, as well as the demand signalled by JSTs for well-functioning NGOs that can provide such services for the needs of CUS/OPS/JSTs (source: Lower Silesian Social Welfare Forum).
