The project aims to support the working poor, who will improve their status on the labour market thanks to the help provided. The main objective of the project is professional activation on the labour market of 170 (86K, 84M) people employed on the basis of short-term contracts, civil law contracts, working poor, leaving agriculture - living in the meaning of the KC Dolnośląskie voivodship, including: -120 (61 K 59 M) inhabitants of medium-sized cities - according to Annex 8 KP for WD and areas at risk of permanent marginalisation according to Annex 9 - losing the functions of community-gospel and/or rural areas of permanent marginalisation (crit. prem 1) and/or -69 (35 K, 34 M) people particularly exposed to the problem of poverty, which (crit. prem 2): *inhabiting (according to the CC) areas of communes excluded from transport - for Annex 1 in the document "State of collective transport on the DW" - and/or *have left penitentiary units within the last 12 months and/or *have low qualifications - ISCED 3 inclusive, through individual support aimed at improving the situation on the labour market of the above-mentioned persons, i.e.: - career counselling with the preparation of Individual Action Plans, - job placement in the field of choosing a profession consistent with the qualifications and competences of the supported person, - acquiring, increasing or adapting competences and qualifications through high-quality training and courses (including market qualifications included in the Integrated Qualifications System), - acquiring or supplementing professional experience and practical skills in the exercise of a given profession, through internships, in the period 01.10.2024-31.03.2027. The goal will be achieved through individual support aimed at improving the situation on the labour market of people employed on short-term contracts, civil law contracts, working poor, leaving agriculture, residing (in the meaning of the Central Committee) in the Dolnośląskie voivodship (professional counselling with an Individual Action Plan, training and courses and job placement - comprehensive support through the use of at least two different support instruments) implemented during the project period, i.e. 01.10.2024-31.03.2027. The implementation of the main goal contributes to the support of GD in the most beneficial - individualized way for them. The implementation of the project will serve both GD and the local labour market by increasing its competitiveness - acquiring qualified staff. The support will have an effective dimension - the applicant assumes that at least 20% of project participants as a result of the support received will obtain employment on the basis of a fixed-term employment contract longer than 1 year or indefinite in the amount of at least 1⁄2 full-time. The implementation of the main objective within the project implements the objectives included in the FEDS Programme 2021-2027, in line with the implementation of the specific objective for Measure 7.9. - the project improves access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people, notably through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, as well as for inactive people, and through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy, project type 7.9.C Projects targeting people on short-term contracts, civil law contracts, working poor, leaving agriculture. The category of intervention for the call is category 134 - Actions to improve access to employment - support in the project is addressed to a wide range of recipients (women and men, people of all ages).
