The aim of our project is to improve the quality of education in the Oborniki Śląskie commune by supporting 6 primary schools in the range of classes, equipment and competences of the staff and supporting 1010 students in the development of key competences until 02.2027. The project fits in with the objectives of the FEDS 2021-2027, and in particular with the objective of Journal of Laws No. 8.01: Support equal access to and completion of quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, from early childhood education and care through general and vocational education and training, to tertiary education, as well as adult education and learning, including facilitating learning mobility for all and accessibility for persons with disabilities. We have planned activities in accordance with the provisions of the OP FEDS 2021-2027 applicable to project types 8.1.B, 8.1.D, 8.1.E and 8.1.F as at the date of the call announcement. Through the project, we improve the quality of general education and strengthen the opportunities of students from schools in rural, marginalized areas, away from academic and educational centers. We put emphasis on the development of key competences and the future, as well as active and engaging education. We also support green competences, students' mental health, especially in the context of peer violence/cyberviolence, building open and tolerant attitudes and counteracting discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The activities planned in the project are to help build a culture of equality in schools, free from homophobia. The project responds to the diagnosis of the needs of primary schools run by the Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie, which have been approved by the leading authority. Support will be provided through activities developing key competences and the future, facilitating the elimination of learning difficulties, as well as activities strengthening socio-emotional skills. We will also support teachers and school teachers for whom we have planned postgraduate studies and training. By purchasing modern equipment and teaching aids for the studio, we will modernize the educational offer and implement education conducted using digital tools, interdisciplinary, based on the activity of students in accordance with the learning-by-doing idea and the STREAM model. The main effect of the project will be an increase in the key competences of students, which will consequently increase their chances at subsequent stages of education.
