OBJECTIVE: Improving the quality of the education process in the 7 Primary Schools of the Municipality of Świdnica, allowing to increase the educational opportunities of students by increasing their competences and implementing adopted solutions to the practice of schools GROUP: 2018U(K1022) and 205N(K182) respectively studying/working in the Primary Schools of the Municipality of Świdnica The objective will be achieved by: - direct support for pupils, including the development of basic and transversal skills in pupils and the development of skills in programming and using ICT, VR, AI and other digital solutions, the organisation and provision of educational and vocational advice, activities in the field of inclusive education, anti-discrimination, supporting the mental health of pupils, and, in connection with the implementation of pupil support - increasing the competences of teaching staff/professional advisers in line with the support addressed to pupils - retrofitting educational institutions to the extent necessary to achieve the objective of the project EFFECTES: Acquisition by 1716U(K869) and 205N(K182) of the desired competences and ensuring equal access to good quality education in the Municipality of the City of Świdnica 01.01.2025-30.06.2027 PLACE: The project is in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. • Participants will have the right to make their own choices - applying and participating in the project is voluntary, UP will have an impact on the type of activities in which they will participate in the project (e.g. teachers - on the choice of training) • None of the UP will be discriminated against, regardless of gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. • People with disabilities will have the same rights in the project as other UPs - they will be given full access to all activities in the project (in accordance with the universal design concept) • People with disabilities (including children) will be respected for who they are, they will be encouraged to actively participate in it at every stage of the project • All UPs will have equal rights, they will have equal access to support in the project • Men and women will be treated equally, UPs will not be discriminated against on grounds of sex In order to have a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the project, it is necessary to take measures to ensure equality and eliminate all forms of discrimination. In order to achieve them, we plan to: Equality policy: a clearly defined equality policy that sets out a commitment to ensure equal treatment of all project participants and staff. This policy explicitly prohibits any discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, etc. Recruitment criteria: In the process of recruitment to the project team and among project beneficiaries, objective criteria will be applied that do not favour or discriminate against any group. Evaluate qualifications, skills and experience, not any personal qualities. Sensitisation and training: Training will be provided to all project participants to increase their awareness and understanding of the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Training will address awareness of prejudices, stereotypes, gender equality, cultural diversity and other relevant topics. Communication and language: Use of neutral language and communication free from stereotypes. We will avoid any content that may be potentially discriminatory. The promotional and information materials created will take into account the principle of equality and promote awareness of diversity. Monitoring and interventions: We will provide mechanisms for monitoring and intervention in the event of situations or behaviours contrary to the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. An anonymous incident reporting system will be set up and we ensure that each report is and will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
