The main problem diagnosed in the project indicated by the five kindergartens covered by the project is (conclusions from the diagnosis): 1) low level of key competences, i.e. com. in the field of understanding and creating information, mathematics, science, technology, digital com., com. in the field of multilingualism, com. in the field of learning 2) the need to mobilise additional support in the development of forward-looking com., and green competences 3) psychological, psychological and social problems 4) the need to educate staff in the use of modern ICT tools, in the field of inclusive education, small child pedagogy, development of key competences. In response to the diagnosed problems, the main objective of the project was defined, i.e. Increased support for equal access to quality and inclusive education and training for 5 kindergartens run by the Municipality of Nowa Ruda (in Bożków, Jugowo, Ludwikowice Kłodzki, Przygórze and Woliborz) tailored to the needs of a total of 240, improvement of key competences in the lifelong learning process 176, competences for the future of green competences, ICT education of staff, and pedagogy of a young child. The aim of the project is to adapt the educational offer of five kindergartens run by the Municipality of Nowa Ruda to the needs of 240 children by: a) conducting additional classes in the field of developing key, future and green and socio-emotional facilities facilitating children's learning and using various educational opportunities at a late stage type A, E, F for 240 children b) equipping and equipping kindergartens with teaching aids necessary to implement classes type A, D, E, F c) conducting additional classes supporting children's mental health type D. d) children's trips to educational trips in order to expand their key, forward-looking and green competences e) directing and organizing courses, postgraduate studies, and other forms of support for pedagogical staff in the field of small child pedagogy, development of key competences, use of modern ICT tools, and in the area of diagnosis and potential development problems at an early stage.
