The Technical Schools in Kłodzko team would like to implement the project "Technical development of professional faculties and creation of the Renewable Energy Center in the Technical Schools Complex in Kłodzko", aimed at creating a modern educational and research space dedicated to renewable energy for the profession of renewable energy systems and equipment technicians and for the professions educated in the Technical Schools Complex in Kłodzko, i.e. logistics technicians, analyst technicians. The project assumes comprehensive development of the potential of the Technical School Complex in Kłodzko through education and practical experience in the field of sustainable energy.logistics and analytics. The main assumption of the project is the modernization of building E and the creation of the "Renewable Energy Center" as well as the adaptation of the existing studios to modern educational standards. Despite the consistent educational policy, there are differences and disparities between the educational offer in large agglomerations and schools from counties located further away from the capital of Lower Silesia. They have a major impact on pupils’ educational performance, skills and qualifications and on how they manage the labour market. Analyses carried out in educational institutions of the district show a general trend: youth resources do not meet the expectations of employers, which, in addition to unemployed young people, results in still vacant jobs or studies. In order to function properly in the new school system, the leading authority and the directorate make regular efforts to ensure that the young person can not only complete school but, while still in the education system, obtain the qualifications and qualifications necessary to consciously enter the labour market, take up employment in his profession and maintain it. Therefore, it means creating such an educational offer for students that would meet the expectations of employers as well as dynamically developing new areas of RES, LOGISTICS or ANALITYK.Due to high subsidies for educational subsidies and an increase in salaries, the districts do not have the funds to equip specialized laboratories for vocational training and to implement the offer of additional classes, and thus equalize educational opportunities for students from rural and less developed areas.The only chance for the development of schools is therefore participation in projects co-financed from external funds. Both have a network of institutions. In the area of both NGOs with which they cooperate in the field of education and entrepreneurs willing to support the process of implementing dual education, including those operating in the RIS industry, the project shows convergence with FEDS 2021-2027 in relation to the specific objective FST.CP6.I due to the intended increase in the attractiveness and effectiveness of vocational education in the area of the Kłodzko district, and thus create opportunities to mitigate the effects of the transformation and educate specialists in areas related to, among others, renewable energy sources. Conducting education in the indicated scope will make it possible to direct to the local labour market people with competences enabling taking action to reduce the consumption of conventional energy and taking into account climate change, which will enable the implementation of EU demands related to these areas. The above assumption means that the project also fits into the TPST for the Dolnośląskie voivodship 2021-2030 in terms of the social objective: competent and aware of development challenges residents, actively involved in the development of the subregion, in particular, in achieving the climate neutrality objectives. The project will increase the above-mentioned qualifications in the field of RES, but also the development of infrastructure for education in this field. As part of the intended information and promotion activities, it is necessary to indicate the installation of an information board on the ZST building in Kłodzko and the marking of the purchased equipment. In addition, it is planned to publish information about the project on the website and on the social media of the Applicant and the school.
