The main assumption/objective of the project is to carry out a deep comprehensive thermomodernization of one multi-family residential building at ul. Fortress 2-20 in Wałbrzych. The above-mentioned building is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the city of Wałbrzych. The material scope of the works includes: -insulation of ceilings/floors and external walls -replacement of door/window joinery -replacement of heat exchangers in the heat exchanger -replacement of 2 heat nodes and deckchairs of the heating installation at the basement level with insulation The entire scope of work was defined in the energy audit prepared - from May 2023. The work will meet the current requirements, among others, in terms of insulation of partitions. The aim of the project is to reduce energy demand by a minimum of 30% and to reduce CO2 emissions. This will be achieved by reducing heat losses through building partitions, joinery, replacement of heat node equipment and replacement of c.o. installations with insulation. The project will contribute to the reduction of energy consumption in 319 premises and the costs of generating this energy, as well as to the reduction of energy losses by energy-intensive existing building partitions and obsolete equipment of installations and nodes. - the project fulfils the priority: 9 European Funds, because the transformation will be carried out in the mining area in Lower Silesia - fulfils the objective of measure 9.5 by increasing the energy efficiency of the existing residential building of the Wałbrzych subregion 1.Development of documentation - executive/technical design - in accordance with the current requirements of the construction law, execution before the commencement of works 2.Thermo-modernization works - in accordance with the audit to preserve the project objectives referred to above - implementation of works in the construction and installation industry 3.Construction supervision - in accordance with the requirements of the construction law - construction and installation industry throughout the period of implementation of the thermo-modernization works 4.Development of an ex-post audit - to document the achievement of the assumed indicators - after the completion of construction and installation works 5. Preparation of an ornithological and chiropterological opinion - in order to protect the environment, including breeding and wintering places for birds / bats - before the commencement of works on the building Promotion of the project - in order to raise environmental awareness and education, an information board will be placed next to the building regarding the project, marking the created documents, marking the website and providing residents with information leaflets about the project.
