The project aims to reduce primary energy demand and consumption in 5 multi-family residential buildings located in the rural commune of Nowa Ruda, including: • Yugoslavs, at ul. Małachowskiego 37, • Ludwikowice Kłodzkich, at ul. Main 92, • Ludwikowice Kłodzkich, at ul. Main 127, • Włodowice 24, • Woliborz 19. This will contribute to reducing the emissions of particulate and gaseous pollutants into the air generated by these facilities, thus reducing their energy intensity and harmful impact of pollution on the environment and human health, and consequently reducing their maintenance costs (especially during the heating season) and significantly relieving the budget of the Nowa Ruda Commune, as well as improving the attractiveness and quality of life of residents of the area in which these facilities are located. The main objective of the project is to comprehensively organize the energy management in the 5th multi-family residential buildings in question belonging to the Nowa Ruda Commune, by striving to reduce the demand for primary energy by approx. 88%. The specific objectives will be: • a total reduction in the annual energy consumption costs of the plants, • a total reduction in the emissions of pollutants generated by the plants, including a reduction in CO2 emissions by an average of approx. 87%, • increasing the comfort of use of facilities. The degree of achievement of the above-mentioned effects will be verified on the basis of indicators, which are shown later in the proposal. In addition, the project will generate long-term socio-economic effects on the scale of at least the Wałbrzych subregion: • reducing the energy intensity of the multi-family residential sector, • increasing the energy efficiency of the region, • improving the air quality of the region and fulfilling the commitments made in this regard. Therefore, the project fits in with specific objective JSO8.1 in its assumptions.
