Modernization of the building stock is one of the biggest challenges infrastr. PL until 2050. As in the other Member States. In the long term, Polish buildings should be modernised in a way that is consistent with the transition to a climate-neutral economy. Based on the provisions of the Energy Audits, comprehensive thermomodernization support is planned in 8 public utility buildings. (BUP) located in 2 municipalities of the Noworudzko-Radkowski Partnership. This project is the result of cooperation established between the Project Leader - Nowa Ruda Commune and the Partner of Radków Commune. The planned activities are aimed at minimizing problems related to low emissions, low energy efficiency. indicated BUP and high emission of greenhouse gases and dust into the atmosphere. To this end, a comprehensive thermomodernisation with heat exchange and installation of RES installations, inf.-promotion activities (including awareness-raising), accompanying construction works, ensuring the availability of facilities, the cost of supervision, as well as an audit and technical documents and expert opinions are planned. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of 8 public utilities and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the Noworudzko-Radkowski Partnership by 30.06.2026. - reduction of energy losses in facilities, - reduction of financial outlays of municipalities for energy, - reduction of pollutant emissions, - improvement of the quality of life of residents of municipalities, utilities and employees of UOP and increase their knowledge in the field of energy effects and rational management of resources, - improvement of thermal comfort of BUP, - increase in the use of renewable energy sources. The implementation of the activities will include the Leader's BUP: Rural lighthouses in Świerki, Krajanów and Bożków and Partner's buildings: Centre for Training and Coordination of Rescue and Firefighting Activities in Radków, buildings of the Volunteer Fire Brigade (OSP) with community centres in Wambierzyce and Translators, Rural Centre for Culture, Integration and Security Publ. in Ścinawce Dolny (a monument) and TSO in Ratno Dolny. The implementation of the project will allow to achieve a number of benefits for the economy and the environment: - reducing the use of resources by means of low-emission heat sources and installation of RES installations and conscious actions to increase the knowledge of project recipients, - reducing municipal expenditure on maintaining BUPs, - reducing pollution and improving air quality in partner municipalities, - improving the technical and aesthetic condition of facilities and increasing the comfort and safety of their use, - increasing the availability of BUPs, - increasing the attractiveness of municipalities. The material scope of the project includes: - thermal insulation of partitions, - modernisation of heating, ventilation and cooling systems, - installation of RES installations, - promotional activities (including awareness-raising), including the purchase of 8 inf. and inf. boards in social media and on the pages of the above-mentioned partners , - costs of opinions, audits and techn. doc., - costs of supervision. The design is in line with the purpose of the ps. FEDS 09.06, FST.CP6.I ‘Enable regions and populations to mitigate the social, employment, economic and environmental impacts of the transition towards the Union’s 2030 targets for energy and climate and towards a climate-neutral economy of the Union by 2050 based on the Paris Agreement’ by increasing the energy efficiency of buildings, reducing CO2 and harmful dust emissions and increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, as well as green education and increasing the attractiveness and accessibility of Partner BUPs and environmental objective TPST 2021-2030: Ensuring coherent, transport-integrated, attractive, high-quality space for residents while respecting environmental resources. All works will be carried out taking into account the maintenance of permanent habitat conditions for birds and bats. On 21 November 2023, WN signed 3 contracts for the preparation of an audit and a technical document. A conservator was obtained for the facility in Ścinawce.
