The project implements the goals set out in the Europe 2030 Agenda, the Long-term National Development Strategy for 2030, the Strategy for Responsible Development to 2020 (with a perspective to 2030) and the SR WD 2030. It is also based on the objectives and targets of cohesion policy for 2021-2027. The aim of the project is to provide the necessary and competent human resources to enable the full absorption of FEDS 2021-2027 funds. Ensuring adequate capacity and administrative capacity of the institutions responsible for the effective and efficient management and implementation of the Programme will be done by financing the salaries of staff involved in the implementation of the FEDS (preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, information and promotion, and audit, certification and control). Achieving the above goal will result in the availability of the necessary and competent human resources enabling the efficient management and implementation of the FEDS 2021-2027, high quality of implemented projects and high absorption of the FEDS (ESF+, ERDF, CF). The implemented project supports the employment of employees of the institution involved in the implementation of cohesion policy, is fully in line with the guidelines on the use of technical assistance measures for 2021-2027, where the eligible costs incurred for the implementation of the project under technical assistance include personnel costs. It is particularly important to maintain qualified staff and ensure a smooth transition between the following programming periods: 2014-2020, 2021-2027 and the post-2027 perspective, taking into account the need to build on existing experience.
